The small print

Privacy Policy

Daily Challenge runs entirely in your browser. We don't collect, transmit, or sell any personal data.

The only thing saved locally is your day-by-day combined scores, stored in your browser (local storage) purely so the archive can show your past results. Nothing leaves your device, and clearing your browser data will erase it.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited and roughly how many people play each day). Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect information such as your IP address and device/browser details. This data is processed by Google in line with their own privacy policy. You can find out more, or opt out, via Google's Analytics opt-out tools.

When you first visit Dartverse, we ask whether you're happy for these analytics cookies to be set. You can change your mind at any time using the button below.

Some pages may contain Amazon affiliate links. If you click one of these and go on to buy something, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This doesn't affect the price you pay, and we only link to products we think are genuinely useful.

Good to know

FAQ

What is Daily Challenge?
One darts puzzle a day, in three stages — Doubles, Scoring and Checkout. Everyone gets the same puzzle, once a day.

Can I play more than once a day?
No — one attempt per calendar day, so it stays a fair daily challenge. You can always go back and play previous days from the archive.

What if I miss a day?
Nothing is lost — every past puzzle stays available in the archive, so you can catch up whenever you like.

How is my score worked out?
See the "How your final score is calculated" box on the home page for the full breakdown of Doubles, Scoring and Checkout points.

Is my data saved anywhere?
Only in your own browser — nothing is sent to a server. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Sharpen up

Tips

Throw a few practice darts before you start the daily puzzle — a cold first throw is an easy way to lose easy points.

Doubles: focus on a repeatable stance and a smooth release rather than aiming harder. Consistency beats power.

Scoring: aiming for treble 20 (or treble 19 if you keep drifting left into the 1/5 bed) scores highest over 9 darts.

Checkout: know your standard finishes cold — 40 is D20, 32 is D16, 50 is Bull — so you're not doing maths mid-throw.

Finishing with darts to spare scores extra points in Checkout, so don't rush your first dart just to get it over with. Accuracy beats speed.

My setup

Equipment

Here's the equipment I personally use when I play. The links below are Amazon affiliate links — if you click through and buy something, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It helps keep Dartverse running, and I only link to gear I actually use and recommend. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Dartboard: this is the board I play on day to day — a solid, reliable choice whether you're just starting out or playing regularly.

Wispa dartboard mount: this is the mount I use to help cut down on noise when darts land — a small thing that goes a long way if you don't want to annoy the neighbours.

Surround: the surround I paired with my Wispa mount. It comes in loads of colours and designs, so pick whichever fits your setup.

Flights & shafts: I use these K Flex integrated flights and shafts. The one-piece design keeps them far more consistent in flight, holds up much better over time, and stops them working loose and falling off mid-game.

Oche: this has genuinely helped me improve my checkouts, giving me a quick visual reminder of finishing combinations while I'm throwing.

Phone mount: I've fixed this to a nearby shelf so I can keep my phone in view hands-free while I play.

Who we are

About

Daily Challenge is a free browser-based darts puzzle from DartVerse.

Every day sets a new challenge across three parts of the game — Doubles, Scoring and Checkout — the same puzzle for everyone, worldwide, once every 24 hours.

We built it because we love darts and wanted a quick, daily way to test the different sides of the game. Got ideas for what we should build next? Let us know on the Contact page.
